About Me
Eirinn grew up in Bergen, on the west coast of Norway.
She feels grateful growing up in a family that gave her a safe base, lots of experiences, challenges, guidelines, moral and positive inspiration.
She is an entrepreneur with background from the fashion industry and for about two decades she travelled worldwide with her job before she in 2006 settled down in the beautiful Mediterranean island, Sardinia, Italy.
She is sporty, positive and creative, and enjoys having many irons in the fire.
Yoga has periodically been part of her life since ca 2001, and she really appreciate the benefits this practice has been giving her.
After practicing yoga on and off for more than 15 years, she felt the urge to understand more about the whole aspect of Yoga, and her curiosity to learn more made her sign up for the first of several teacher trainer courses, workshops and seminars.
She started her 200 RYT with Alex Fabbri and Chiara Muscinelli, and she completed the 300 RYT with Mark Stephens (Described by Yoga Journal as “the teacher’s teacher,” he is a Certified Yoga Therapist, member of the International Association of Yoga Therapists, and author of the international bestsellers Teaching Yoga, Yoga Sequencing, Yoga Adjustments, Yoga Therapy, and Yoga for Better Sleep, which have been translated into ten languages).
Mark has been an important teacher and great inspiration for her, as well as a mentor and a friend. Noah Mazè teaching methods has also been important and inspiring for her. She is now happy to share her passion for yoga with her students.
My practice has helped me grow stronger, more flexible and fearless, both on and off the mat. In addition yoga has removed aches and pains that has been showing up especially after hours of work in front of the computer.
In my classes, I love to combine creative sequencing, a spirit of playfulness, a dose of inspiration, and a little dash of challenges to help you deepen your practice. And I love creating playlists with music that creates a good atmosphere, a rhythm and a flow that represents me and hopefully strengthens the energy of the lessons.
I seek to help others thrive in life by nurturing body, mind and soul with yoga, and my hope is that you step off the mat feeling refreshed, nourished and balanced.
